Cancellation policy:
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival there will be no charge
If cancelled between 7 and 14 days prior to arrival there will be a 50% charge of the total stay
If cancelled 6 days or less before the date of arrival, or no show, then full payment will be charged
Check in and check out:
Check in is from 15.00 to 19.00 (unless by prior arrangement)
Check out time is 10.30 a.m
Children and extra bed policy:
Children and families are welcome to stay on our family friendly rooms
Cots and high chairs are available, free and on request
Credit and debit cards:
The hotel accepts all major credit and debit cards including Amex. Diners Club and Solo cards are not accepted
Damages:
Delayed or amended charges. A charge will be applied to the value of repairs required for damages to fittings and furnishings which are found in bedrooms subsequent to a guest’s departure. If smoking is detected in bedrooms then a full day’s charge will automatically be made
Deposit policy:
A fixed amount of GBP 25% will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable, for bookings of 3 days or more , or 3 rooms or more
VAT and city/tourist taxes:
20 % VAT is included
Service charge is not applicable
City/tourist tax is not applicable
Internet:
WiFi is available throughout the hotel and is free of charge
Parking:
Free private guest car parking is possible on site (reservation is not required)
Pets:
Dogs are allowed in2 of the hotel bedrooms, by arrangement, and provided they are well behaved and do not cause annoyance to other guests. Dogs are not permitted in the public areas. There is a £5 per day charge
Smoking:
Smoking is not permitted within the hotel. There is a large patio/garden area at the front of the hotel
